I don't want to cancel outright, can I simply pause payments?
Although the option is not available within the membership, you may certainly pause your payments rather than canceling outright.
If you would like to pause your payments, please email us at info@marriagehelper.com. Just please be mindful that this email is monitored during normal business hours in the Central time zone in America (Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm CT). (So if your next payment is due over a weekend, we need to receive your email prior to that.)
